All entries will be shortlisted with the help of Rave archive creator Dizzy
We are looking for something unique and entertaining. Although it is not essential to enter the competition, if you can scratch or have any other form of turntablism or unique skill to show off then please include this in your demo
All dance music genres are accepted but bearing in mind only 6 can make it through on the day so make sure it’s something special!
Prizes / Reasons to enter:
♥ A selection of DJ tech gear courtesy of M-Audio (Avid Technology) for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
♥ A set at our next event for 1st place only: Play alongside internationally famous headliners!
♥ Judged by top London promoters (to be announced shortly)
Rules:
Times for the DJ competition sets will be between 4.30 and 7.30 on Saturday 28th July 2012. If you are not available at these times / this date then do not enter
Exact set times to be confirmed depending on the number of successful entrants (estimated between 20 and 30 minutes each).
You must arrive at least 30 minutes before you allocated set time.
This s a DJ competition NOT an MC competition and you cannot supply your own so not try and bring a friend on the day!
All DJ’s accepted into the DJ competition will be allowed a plus 1 for the day & night. No more!
Prizes are non exchangeable for cash or other alternatives
